Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. If you would like to order online then pay by Bankers Draft, Cheque or postal order, select the "Pay by Cheque" option on the order form, then print the order and send it to us with your cheque or postal order for the total amount of your order. Cheques must be drawn from a UK bank and be in Pounds Sterling.
Paying by cheque does slow down your order as we can only despatch your order when your funds have cleared. Typically your order will be delayed by about seven to ten days. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 14 days after placing your order with us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Unless otherwise agreed.UK shipments will be via the Royal Mail Ist Class Royal Mail recorded or Royal Mail Standard parcels. International shipments are made via Royal Mail Airmail service.

Royal Mail 1st Class Post GBP2.60 per order
Royal Mail 2nd Class Post GBP2.20 per order (FREE for orders over £50.00)
Royal Mail Next Day delivery: Charged at GBP7.00 per order. For this service orders must be received before 4pm Monday - Friday. We do not offer delivery (or despatch) on Saturdays, or deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. During the course of any Royal Mail industrial Action we understand from The Royal Mail that the next day service will be considered a priority but cannot be guaranteed. Therefore Dude That's Cool Magic will not accept responsibility for any delivery delays in caused as a result of any Royal Mail industrial action.
Next Day Courier Service: Charged at GBP10.45 per order. Orders must be received before 3pm Monday - Friday for same day despatch. We do not offer delivery on Saturdays, or deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
